Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • To cancel an order, email us at hello@plugstore.in with your order ID

2. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Product must not have any physical damage
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with physical damage caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Products with missing accessories or components

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 5-7 business days for online payments
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

5. Refund Amount

  • Full refund for cancelled orders (before shipping)
  • Full refund for returned products that meet return conditions
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
  • We will arrange a free pickup
  • Choose between replacement or full refund (including shipping)

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@plugstore.in with your order ID
  2. Describe the reason for return
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved, you'll receive pickup details or return shipping instructions
