Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
- To cancel an order, email us at hello@plugstore.in with your order ID
2. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Conditions for return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Product must not have any physical damage
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer
- Products without original packaging
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Products with missing accessories or components
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund timeline: 5-7 business days for online payments
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
5. Refund Amount
- Full refund for cancelled orders (before shipping)
- Full refund for returned products that meet return conditions
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
- We will arrange a free pickup
- Choose between replacement or full refund (including shipping)
7. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@plugstore.in with your order ID
- Describe the reason for return
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Once approved, you'll receive pickup details or return shipping instructions
